Shipping to Finland:

We offer free shipping to Finland for our customers

Delivery time: 2-4 business day (Posti)

Shipping to the rest of the world:

Shipping cost: 25€

Delivery time: 3-6 business day (Posti)

Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable for returns.

RETURN AND REFUND

Viona Blu items must be returned in their original condition within 14 working days with original packaging and accessories. Returns that are damaged or used may not be accepted.
Please notified that all the Viona Blu items are handmade and individuals – there might occur small differences between the items of the same model.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders to the EU countries
Taxes are already included in the cost of the item and there are no extra taxes or duties on orders shipped within the European Union.

For orders to the rest of the world
If you are placing an order outside of the EU, local taxes and duties may apply and they are not included in your final purchase price. Any taxes or duties applied by customs will be payable by you. Please contact your local customs office for more information about current import restrictions and duty rates.
